On Friday 19th June 2015 the Gillway Boys under 10's football teams had their presentation night at The Tamworth Progressive Cluc, in Tamworth. All the Money Raised on the night was donated to Tommy's memorial fund to help support The Donna Louise Hospice. The Hospice that has become very dear to our hearts. We were there on the night to see all the lads and Evie collect their trophy's. Lisa from the hospice gave a lovely talk on the night, explaining all about the hospice and all the things they do for the family's. We were very proud to be there to see our nephew Paddy collect his Players Player of the year award as well as his 5 year loyalty award. It was a lovely evening and they managed to raise a whopping £457. We are very thankful to them all for this generous donation and would like to thank each and everyone of the players, management and parents for helping us to support the hospice. In the next month or so we are going to present the cheque to the hospice, Lisa has agreed to come to a training session where the kids will get to hand over the cheque themselves and hopefully we can arrange to get more awareness and recognition for everything the hospice does.
